We had a generally good stay at this hotel, enjoying the great breakfast and helpful staff when my dad fell sick. However, our room was poorly situated with no natural light, and the credit card processing issue left us in a tricky situation, which was quite frustrating.

Our room was in the front of the hotel but was quite dark since it was blocked by another building. The smell from the nearby restaurant wasn’t pleasant either.
